Manipulated Weather and Climate Change

On the heels of “Secret America,” the Washington Post revelation of a subculture that exists in our political world, note that the government also keeps secret weather modification projects.
I have researched the facts about these projects for three years using journalistic investigation techniques. Matter energy scattered throughout the world through electromagnetic equipment and weapons that belong to the military is overlooked or neglected as a factor in contributing to greenhouse gasses.
Earth has entered an anthropogenic stage, but it is in part one of climate control through use of man made instruments that we understand very little about, that utilize non-ionizing radiation and pulsed electromagnetic currents
Leuren Moret, President of Scientists for Indigenous Peoples, and an expert witness at the International Criminal Tribunal for Afghanistan at Tokyo runs a factual website, http://exopolitics.blogs.com/peaceinspace/2009/12/haarp-the-space-preservation-treaty-planet-earth-as-weapon-target-by-leuren-moret.html, which includes several articles relating to government facilities involved in environmental warfare.
“The Russian Woodpecker” site at www.Rense.com tells of a secret river or fountains of water above our atmosphere flowing to and from the poles to help weather modification.
Of course if asked by officials what this entails the answer may be the same as that provided by the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), which is that the technology used is being “tested,” – an unsatisfactory answer considering that testing has been happening since at least 1985.
The science of weather manipulation is slowly being assessed with the public just now gaining an understanding that our world’s weather is manipulated and changed – not just through anthropogenic changes, but also through matter energy scatter facilities like HAARP, and the United States Nuclear Forces’ Ground Waver Emergency Network or GWEN, and others. This includes ground and atmospheric satellites over the Earth.

It is still very difficult today to gauge weather pollution factors. “Particulate pollution cuts carbon dioxide, model shows,” which explains how the reduction of aerosols has changed the ability of plants to photosynthesize shows us how complicated the balance is.
Manmade reductions in pollution cannot be relied on entirely to reduce atmospheric pollution factors, because if man decreases pollutants science increases its use of other factors that create pollution in our atmosphere.
Reuters e-news article, “Steamy Heat More Common in California,” shows a correlation to an effect caused by the massive matter wave grids created by the military technology.
The matter waves, ignored when factoring in what can terminate our health on the planet and our planets’ health, are the effects of the project known as the electron cyclotron maser.
One of many of these facilities is found in Russia. An easy to read e-article at www.Rense.com titled “Woodpecker” explains some of the science. The references to a One World government can be much better explained as simply military orders of discreet clandestine services, which help hide their activities. Although scientists say this equipment will be used to help change violent weather directed at populated areas, this technology has not been used in this manner to this day. There is actually more proof in the direction that the equipment is destroying all of Earth slowly.
Future generations will need to be prepared to confront the issues which today we can only imagine. Scarce water and food sources, and weather implications will increasingly impact coming generations.
News of secretive government conferences is a clue to the populace that these instruments are factored into their geo-political propositions. And all too often major and mainstream media withdraw from covering these subjects when the information does surface.

All the information I’ve noted in this article is significant. For whatever reason, government space programs are not forthcoming to the public in telling the truth about weather manipulation through satellites and matter technology, although the technology has grown over the past fifty years.
Spencer Weart with the American Institute of Physics’ website offers a simple yet well written and well organized account of events that includes historical data from every type scientist specializing on the environment. Dr. Weart wrote his first papers in the early 1970s, when human impact was emerging as a major contributor. His work is well written and ideal for the general population and school age children in understanding climate changes.

The weather modification capabilities of the world’s clandestine militaries can cause volcanic activity. Patent 6315213 tells of one such invention used by the military to create volcano tests.
To increase public awareness of what is actually happening through scientific advancement I’ve compiled the following websites, in which observers and scientists tell of their own experiences.

Whenever there is this type of activity, disinformation always follows. Military spokespeople always deny knowledge of, or military activities prior and post to worldwide volcanic activity, dry lightening, tectonic plate shifts under the ocean, and other weather phenomenon related to this equipment. While not all of these Earth events can be blamed on military inventions, those that are are revealed by scientists working to gauge whether the activity is natural or man made.
That weather is manipulated cannot be argued. What the motives are behind it, weather manipulation is here to stay.
