Brave … and dead

In Mexico, hundreds of people like reporter Jose “Pepe” Galindo of Radio Universidad, who focused much of his work on the environment are murdered simply for calling things the way they see them. These murders cut down human lives and abruptly halt their efforts to call attention to, and protect the earth. Often, there is no way to continue their work.Living on Earth’s Ingrid Lobet says much is lost when these voices are silenced. Click here for her report on two of the hundreds pursuing this crucial work who were murdered last year.
